Investment Funds Senior Associate — London

Senior Associate opportunity within a market-leading investment funds team in London, focused on private markets. The role involves advising fund managers and institutional investors across fund formation, structuring and lifecycle matters for private equity, infrastructure, real estate, debt and sustainability-focused funds.

You will work on complex cross-border instructions with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, drafting and negotiating core fund documents, managing investor negotiations and coordinating with tax, offshore counsel and administrators to deliver integrated fund advice.

• Senior associate level experience in private markets investment funds work (fund formation, structuring and related documentation).
• Proven ability drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements, management and administration agreements and side letters.
• Experience advising fund managers and institutional investors across private equity, infrastructure, debt, real estate or sustainability funds.
• Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with tax advisers and offshore counsel; strong commercial judgment and client-facing skills.
