Join a nationally recognized IP litigation team as an associate focused on life‑sciences patent disputes. The role involves handling complex Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) and biologics (BPCIA) matters in federal court and before the PTAB, contributing to case strategy, motion practice, and client counseling.

The team represents innovator pharmaceutical clients on high‑stakes litigation; you will work on all phases of contentious patent matters, coordinate discovery, draft briefs and claim construction positions, and collaborate with technical experts and senior litigators.

  • Junior to mid‑level associate with demonstrable experience in life‑sciences patent litigation (including Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA and BPCIA where applicable).
  • Experience litigating in U.S. district courts and before the PTAB; strong briefing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Comfort working with scientific/technical issues and coordinating with expert witnesses.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and project management skills; client‑focused and able to work collaboratively on team matters.
