Mid‑level Intellectual Property associate role in the New York office focused on trademark, copyright and trade‑secret litigation. You will join a busy litigation docket supporting district court and appellate matters and be expected to contribute on high‑stakes enforcement and defense work.

The team seeks candidates who can hit the ground running on case strategy, motion practice, discovery and client communications. The role offers exposure to complex, high‑profile disputes and opportunities for professional development within a broad IP litigation platform.

3–6 years litigation experience (trademark, copyright and/or trade‑secret matters); JD 2023–2020
Experience in district court litigation; appellate experience preferred
Strong research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal/client communication abilities
