IP Associate — Trademark & Copyright, Washington

Join a leading international law firm’s Washington, D.C. intellectual property team as a junior to mid-level associate focused on trademark and copyright work. The role supports litigation, administrative proceedings, and transactional counseling across U.S. and international matters.

The team handles U.S. trademark and copyright litigation, TTAB matters, trademark prosecution and portfolio management, enforcement, clearance and client counseling. The role offers regular collaboration on cross-border matters and work with experienced IP practitioners.

• Minimum 2 years PQE in trademark and copyright matters (litigation, TTAB, prosecution or portfolio management)
• Experience with U.S. trademark and copyright litigation, TTAB proceedings, and trademark prosecution/enforcement preferred
• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and U.S. bar admission (or eligibility)
• Strong written and oral communication, legal research, and teamwork skills
