Established law firm is seeking an experienced intellectual property lawyer to join its Barcelona office. The role offers immediate start and the opportunity to work on a broad IP caseload within a team that advises at national, EU and international levels.

The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, coordinate trademark and design portfolios, and support the practice’s growth while developing their career in an international environment.

Degree in Law and membership of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
Approximately seven years’ PQE in an IP department of a law firm.
Proven experience in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings (civil, criminal and administrative) across trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition and trade secrets; knowledge of patents is a plus.
Experience with prosecution and contentious procedures before national, EU and international IP offices (suspensions, oppositions, appeals, nullity/revocation, etc.).
Experience managing and coordinating trademark and design portfolios.
Very high level of English.
