- 4–6 years' PQE in commercial law with a focus on corporate and/or real estate transactions
- Experience on M&A, joint ventures and general transactional work
- Advanced English (minimum C1); other languages advantageous
- Strong academic record and clear commitment to practice of law
- Collaborative, international mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
