The role involves advising on commercial transactions including real estate deals, M&A, joint ventures and other corporate matters within a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice.

- 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial law with focus on corporate and real estate work
- Proven experience on real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and related corporate matters
- Strong academic record
- Advanced English (minimum C1); additional languages valued
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, international team
