Join a national IP litigation team as a junior-to-mid-level associate focused on life-sciences patent disputes. The role centers on Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and biologics (BPCIA) litigation, with responsibility for drafting pleadings, discovery, claim construction, and motion practice in district court and before the PTAB.

The position offers hands-on exposure to high-stakes pharmaceutical patent matters and collaboration on case strategy, expert workups, and client counseling. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced litigators on complex technical issues and contribute to trial and appellate preparations.

Junior-to-mid-level associate with demonstrated experience in life-sciences patent litigation (Hatch-Waxman/ANDA and BPCIA preferred)
Experience handling matters in federal district court and before the PTAB
Strong technical aptitude in pharmaceuticals/biologics and familiarity with claim construction, discovery, and motion practice
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
