Experienced IP associate sought for a busy life‑sciences practice at a leading international law firm. The role involves patent prosecution and related IP work, with exposure to contentious matters and collaboration with senior attorneys across teams.

The position is open to candidates for our Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C. offices. Successful candidates will join a national practice handling sophisticated life‑sciences technologies.

Candidates should be prepared to provide law school, undergraduate and (if applicable) graduate transcripts as part of the application process.

Significant patent prosecution experience, preferably with life‑sciences technologies
Experience with patent litigation matters a plus
Relevant technical degree (e.g., life sciences, biology, chemistry) or equivalent scientific background
Active bar admission in the United States; patent bar or eligibility preferred
