We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join a busy intellectual property practice focused on life sciences. The role offers a mix of patent prosecution and litigation work, advising clients across the life‑sciences sector on patent strategy and enforcement.

This position is open across multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.) and involves close collaboration with technical teams and experienced IP counsel on patent preparation, office‑action responses, opinions and litigation support.

J.D. and active admission to a U.S. bar (or ability to obtain)
Strong technical background in life sciences (biotech, pharmaceuticals or related fields)
Proven experience in patent prosecution and exposure to patent litigation
Skilled in drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, and preparing opinions
Ability to work with inventors, manage docketing and coordinate with foreign counsel
Submission of law school (and undergraduate/graduate, if applicable) transcripts may be requested
