Experienced IP associate opportunity in a national life‑sciences practice. The role involves patent prosecution, client counseling, preparation of patent applications and office‑action responses, and support on patent litigation and opinions.

Work will be integrated with multidisciplinary teams across multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.). The team handles cutting‑edge matters for clients in the life‑sciences and related technology sectors.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in relevant U.S. jurisdictions
Significant experience with life‑sciences patent work, including prosecution and exposure to litigation and opinion work
Technical background in a life‑sciences discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry) or equivalent experience working on biopharma/biotech patents
Strong drafting, client‑counseling and patent‑office filing/response skills
