Well-regarded international law firm seeks associates to join its IP litigation team in Denver. The role focuses on patent litigation matters across district courts and administrative venues.

Successful candidates will work on complex infringement, validity and related pre-trial matters alongside experienced trial teams. The group values technical backgrounds and litigation experience in intellectual property disputes.

Law school class years 2019–2022 (recent associates)
Top law school credentials and demonstrable patent/IP litigation experience
Undergraduate degree in electrical/computer/mechanical/chemical/biomedical engineering or computer science strongly preferred
Clerkship experience at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) a plus; PTAB experience advantageous
