- 3–5 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to patent and/or trade‑secret matters
- Undergraduate technical background preferred (e.g., CS, EE, physics, math)
- Strong academic record and demonstrable legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Ability to manage multiple matters, collaborate on teams, and interact with clients
