IP Litigation Associate — Hard Tech

Mid-level associate role in a national IP litigation practice focused on hard‑tech matters. The team handles complex patent and trade‑secret disputes across major U.S. venues and seeks associates who will contribute to substantive litigation work, including discovery, claim construction, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ experience in patent and/or trade‑secret litigation, strong technical training (computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or similar preferred), and excellent written and oral advocacy skills. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers structured mentoring and clear advancement pathways.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to patent and/or trade‑secret matters
• Undergraduate technical background preferred (e.g., CS, EE, physics, math)
• Strong academic record and demonstrable legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Ability to manage multiple matters, collaborate on teams, and interact with clients
