Full-time associate role in a nationally recognized intellectual property litigation team. The position is open across multiple U.S. offices, with a preference for candidates based in Washington, D.C., San Diego (Del Mar), San Francisco, or Silicon Valley.

The practice handles complex patent disputes across federal district courts, ITC (Section 337) investigations, and PTAB proceedings. The team works closely with technical experts on telecommunications, multimedia, and standards-related matters, and seeks associates who can produce high-quality written advocacy and support trial-ready litigation.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–6 years of patent litigation experience, including federal district court matters
Experience or exposure to ITC (Section 337) investigations and PTAB/IPR proceedings preferred
Familiarity or interest in SEPs/FRAND and telecommunications/multimedia standards disputes
Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with technical experts
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
