Growing national IP practice seeks a litigation associate with 2–6 years of patent-litigation experience focused on life sciences/ANDA matters. The role involves substantive motion and discovery work, participation in pre-trial and trial activities, and active involvement in case strategy.

Candidates will work on matters in U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (post‑grant proceedings), handling factual and legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs (including claim construction and dispositive motions), and participating in depositions and expert discovery.

2–6 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. District Courts and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings
Experience with ANDA or other life‑sciences patent litigation; trial and deposition experience preferred
Comfort interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel and contributing to case strategy
Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related life‑sciences field preferred
Strong legal writing, research, and teamwork skills
