- 2–6 years patent litigation experience (U.S. District Courts and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings)
- Experience with ANDA/pharmaceutical or other life‑sciences patent litigation preferred
- Proven deposition and courtroom experience (taking/defending depositions and trial exposure preferred)
- Comfort with client contact and working with opposing counsel; participation in strategy development
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in a life sciences discipline preferred (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.)
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
