IP Litigation Associate — Orange County

Busy IP litigation group is seeking associates (class years 2019–2022) to join its Orange County office. The role focuses on patent litigation across district courts and administrative forums, working on technically complex matters.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials and demonstrable patent-litigation experience. The position favors applicants with technical undergraduate degrees and offers exposure to CAFC matters and PTAB proceedings.

• Law school graduation year 2019–2022
• Top law school credentials
• Prior patent litigation experience (district court and/or PTAB)
• Undergraduate degree in EE, CE, CS, ME, chemical, biomedical engineering, or closely related technical field preferred
• CAFC clerkship experience a plus
