Seeking a patent litigation associate to join an established IP litigation team in Palo Alto. The role involves litigation in U.S. District Courts and post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions, and participation in pre-trial and trial activities.

Ideal candidates are comfortable taking depositions and appearing in court, enjoy working closely with clients and opposing counsel, and contribute to case strategy. Technical backgrounds (electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science, physics) are strongly preferred; ITC experience is a plus.

2–6 years of patent litigation experience (U.S. District Court and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings)
Experience with discovery, depositions, expert discovery, claim construction, and dispositive/discovery motions
Comfortable with courtroom and deposition settings
Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science, or physics preferred
Excellent legal research and writing skills; active bar admission
