Experienced associates are sought for a national technology transactions group working on intellectual property and commercial agreements for technology clients. Day-to-day work includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating licenses, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements, and supporting IP work across M&A, financings, and public offerings.

This role suits self-motivated, entrepreneurial lawyers with a strong interest in technology companies at various growth stages. A technical or science background is a plus but not required; the group values associates who want a career focused on IP and commercial transactions.

Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices, with preference for Palo Alto, San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, Boston, or Washington, D.C.

2–6 years' post-qualification transaction experience (technology/IP focus)
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating IP and commercial agreements (licenses, services, development, distribution, partnering)
Familiarity with IP issues in M&A, financings, and public offerings preferred
Strong academic record and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Technical or science background beneficial but not required
