Top-tier national firm is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to join its patent litigation practice with opportunities to be based in Del Mar or Dallas; exceptional candidates may be considered for other U.S. offices.

The role offers hands-on experience on complex patent matters, including district-court litigation, ITC disputes, PTAB proceedings, and licensing work across technologies such as semiconductors, wireless communications, software, and consumer electronics. The team provides structured mentorship, career development, and hybrid working arrangements.

2–6 years of IP litigation experience, including district-court patent cases, ITC matters, and/or PTAB (IPR) proceedings
Technical/science background preferred (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or related field)
Experience with complex technologies (wireless, semiconductors, software, consumer electronics) desirable
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application
Comfortable and responsible in the use of AI tools within legal practice
