IP Litigation Senior Associate — Washington, D.C.

Senior associate opportunity to join a high‑profile intellectual property litigation team in Washington, D.C. The team represents technology‑focused clients in complex patent litigation and related IP disputes across federal courts and other forums.

The role offers substantial hands‑on litigation responsibility: managing discovery, drafting dispositive motions and claim construction papers, preparing expert reports, and participating in hearings and trial preparation. You will work with experienced litigators on matters at the intersection of technology, government and commercial clients.

• Senior associate level with several years of IP/patent litigation experience.
• Demonstrated capability in substantive litigation tasks: drafting briefs, managing discovery, preparing experts and participating in hearings.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and ability to work collaboratively on high‑stakes matters.
• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to transfer).
