Top-tier international law firm seeks a Senior Associate to join its Intellectual Property practice supporting both patent prosecution and related litigation matters. The role offers work on complex, cutting‑edge matters across technology and life‑science clients.

This position is open across multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.) and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across offices. Candidates should be prepared to submit law school and undergraduate (and, if applicable, graduate) transcripts as part of the application.

Strong technical background in chemistry (advanced degree or substantial technical experience preferred).
Experience in patent prosecution and familiarity with patent litigation support.
Active bar admission in the U.S. (or ability to obtain admission).
Excellent drafting, prosecution and client‑facing skills; ability to collaborate across offices.
