We are seeking a midlevel associate to join a busy Intellectual Property Transactions team in New York. The role involves counseling multinational and growth clients across technology, life sciences, consumer products and industrial sectors on complex, IP‑intensive deals.

Work will include IP‑intensive M&A (public and private), financings and securitisations, and strategic licensing, collaboration and joint‑venture arrangements. The team values strong drafting, commercial judgment and attention to detail.

4–6 years' experience in IP transactions at a major law firm
Experience with IP‑intensive M&A, financings/securitisations and strategic licensing/collaborations
Excellent drafting, analytical skills and attention to detail
U.S. J.D. preferred; admission to the New York bar required
