Top-tier international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its IP & Technology Transactions group in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on transactional work supporting clients across technology-driven industries.

Typical matters include drafting and negotiating development, collaboration, licensing, supply chain, outsourcing, and technology services agreements; conducting IP and M&A due diligence; and advising on IP ownership, protection and licensing strategies. Candidates will work with cross-functional teams and support clients in sectors such as software, semiconductors, AI, internet/e‑commerce, life sciences, automotive, aerospace and consumer products.

2–3 years of law firm experience (transactional focus)
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Experience with technology agreements (licensing, development, services, outsourcing, supply chain)
Familiarity with IP due diligence and advising on IP ownership/protection/licensing strategies
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate clearly with clients
