Join a specialist catastrophic injury and large loss team in Edinburgh as an NQ / junior associate. The role involves handling high-value personal injury and multi-track claims, supporting senior lawyers and taking ownership of a varied caseload for insurer, commercial and public-sector clients.

The team works across liability, quantum and policy coverage matters (motor, employers' liability, public liability and abuse matters), with exposure to interlocutory applications, CCMCs and client-facing reporting. The position offers structured learning, a collaborative environment and opportunities to develop technical skills and client relationships.

NQ–2 years PQE (all suitable candidates will be considered)
Experience in personal injury litigation, preferably catastrophic injury or large loss work
Comfortable conducting investigations, taking witness statements and reviewing medical evidence
Strong drafting skills and experience with court timetables, interlocutory work and CCMCs
Client-focused, able to meet SLAs/MI requirements and manage a varied caseload
Team player with commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development activity
