Junior Associate, Finance (Paris)

A Paris-based Junior Associate role within a busy finance practice, working primarily on real estate finance and restructuring matters. The team handles documentation, due diligence and transaction execution for client financings.

The position requires regular interaction with clients, counterparties and internal teams, and offers exposure to drafting, negotiating finance agreements and supporting closings. There are opportunities to contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the practice.

• Qualified to practise law in France or equivalent qualification
• Professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages (particularly German) advantageous
• First experience or internships in a finance practice desirable
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing tasks independently
