Opportunity for an experienced funds lawyer to join a leading global investment funds practice. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of sponsor and investor work across major asset classes, including real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure, and involves working closely with regulatory, tax and other specialist teams.

As a managing associate you will lead and manage client matters, draft and negotiate complex fund documentation, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and practice initiatives. The role emphasises technical excellence, commercial judgement and collaborative working.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience (or overseas equivalent with at least 36 months of fund experience)
Demonstrable fund formation and fund-related transactional experience (sponsor and/or investor-side)
Strong drafting, negotiation and legal research skills; ability to manage complex matters and multiple deadlines
Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members; strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
