Join a large, specialist finance team in Paris working across the full spectrum of finance matters, including corporate treasury, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance (notably energy), restructuring and distressed financings. The team works closely with Corporate, Tax and Employment groups and with international offices on high‑profile mandates.

This is a first or second associate role where you will be fully integrated into deal teams, gain exposure to a wide variety of transactions and develop expertise in leveraged and acquisition finance in an international, collaborative environment.

CAPA (or equivalent professional qualification) completed or imminent.
First or second collaboration in a firm's finance team; internships or prior experience in reputable firms' finance practices preferred.
Strong academic record in business law; additional qualifications (LLM, IEP/Business School) a plus.
Very good written and spoken English and ability to work in an international team.
Analytical thinker with rigour, organisation, strong communication and teamwork skills.
