Join a busy Debt Finance team with a full-service lending practice covering bank lending, direct lending and sponsor financings. The group advises banks, alternative lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on both transactional and regulatory matters across France and internationally.

The role offers exposure to varied transactions, structured on-the-job training and close teamwork. Junior hires are supported through a formal mentorship scheme with senior colleagues.

We are looking for candidates who want to develop in a technically strong, collaborative environment and who are comfortable working on cross-border matters.

Graduate in law; additional training (business school, IEP or foreign university) or equivalent combined cursus preferred
Some prior law firm experience (internships or prior collaborations) in banking/finance
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Autonomous, team-oriented, proactive and responsible
