Junior Associate, Global Loans (Brussels)

We are seeking a junior associate to join a global loans team in Brussels. The role offers exposure to complex cross‑border finance transactions and day‑to‑day collaboration with senior lawyers in a supportive team environment.

Typical work will cover leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and infrastructure finance, structured finance, asset finance, securitisation, debt capital markets and restructurings. The position includes direct mentorship, early responsibility and opportunities for secondments across offices or in‑house.

• Master's degree in law from a Belgian university; LL.M or specialised master's in banking & finance or business management is an asset
• 0–2 years' transactional banking & finance experience at a global or large local firm
• Registered or eligible for registration with the Brussels Bar
• Fluent English and working French; Dutch is an advantage
• Strong drafting and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, proactive approach
