Qualified Belgian lawyer with a strong academic record; postgraduate qualifications a plus
Practical experience in corporate/M&A and capital markets work with exposure to complex, cross‑border transactions
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills; demonstrable experience managing transactions and due diligence
Fluent in English, Dutch and French; proactive, commercially minded and able to work well in international teams
