We are seeking a Medior/Senior Associate to join a dynamic Corporate/M&A practice in Brussels. The team advises a diverse national and international client base on the full range of corporate transactions, spanning M&A, joint ventures, private equity and public takeovers.

You will work closely with colleagues across practice groups and offices on a variety of stimulating projects, delivering sophisticated yet practical solutions tailored to clients' goals. The environment is entrepreneurial and solution-driven, with a strong emphasis on professional development, technology and innovation.

Master's degree in Belgian law with an excellent academic record
4–6 years of relevant Corporate and/or M&A experience in a law firm
Native Dutch speaker with good French and strong English
Genuine interest in transactional work (M&A, private equity, venture capital, etc.)
Proactive, result-driven team player with strong communication skills
Ability to conduct in-depth, creative analysis and find pragmatic solutions
Eager to develop skills in a challenging international environment
