Associate — Corporate & M&A (Brussels)

Our Brussels corporate team is recruiting an Associate with solid M&A and corporate experience to work on Belgian and cross‑border transactions. The role involves handling deals from structuring to closing, advising on incorporations, governance and shareholder arrangements, and coordinating with foreign offices and external advisers.

You will advise both national and international clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, investments/divestments and corporate reorganisations, acting as a pragmatic, client‑facing lawyer and a trusted member of a multidisciplinary team.

• Belgian Master’s degree in Law
• 4–7 years' post‑qualification experience in corporate law and M&A
• Fluent Dutch and strong English and French language skills
• Pragmatic commercial mindset, strong drafting and project management skills
• Team player with interest in business development and client contact
