Established international law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate/M&A associate to join its Brussels corporate team. The role offers exposure to cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity and venture capital matters for Belgian and international clients.

The team provides structured training, close partner–associate collaboration and a collegial international environment. The position involves drafting transactional documentation, advising on deal execution and working on visible, market-facing matters.

4–6 years' PQE in a reputable law firm corporate/M&A team
Qualified to practise Belgian law
Strong academic record; LL.M. (UK/US) preferred
Dutch or French native speaker with good knowledge of the other language; excellent written and spoken English
Strong drafting, organization and teamwork skills; solution-oriented approach
