The team advises national and international clients across financial, real estate and energy sectors on corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, project finance, PPPs, structured finance and securitisations, alongside financial regulation matters.

Experience on financing transactions (corporate lending, acquisition finance, project/structured finance preferred)
Belgian master s degree in law with strong academic record
Fluent Dutch and excellent English; good command of French
Strong legal drafting and analytical skills; commercial mindset
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple matters; collaborative team player willing to learn
