Approximately 2 years' post‑qualification experience in Banking & Finance, with exposure to capital markets transactions
Law degree (U.E. degree); LL.M or equivalent in Banking & Finance an advantage
Strong analytical and drafting skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English
