Seeking a junior associate (approximately 2–3 years' experience) to join a national financial services / commercial finance team. The role is open across the firm's U.S. offices, with a preference to hire in Nashville; New York City will be considered for the right candidate.

Work will focus on documentation, negotiation and closings for commercial lending transactions, including asset-based, real estate and cash-flow financings. The position offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on training and close collaboration with an established team.

Strong drafting, attention to detail and solid academic credentials are expected. Candidates must be licensed or able to become licensed in the state where they will reside. Applicants will be asked to submit standard application materials through the employer's recruitment portal.

2+ years of transferable experience in commercial finance or lending (associate level)
Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers on asset-based, real estate and/or cash-flow loans
Active bar admission in the hiring state, or eligibility to obtain admission
Excellent drafting skills, strong academic record and attention to detail
