An adaptive resourcing team is seeking a Junior Derivatives Policy Consultant to join a busy derivatives policy group on an interim basis. The role offers exposure to regulatory and transactional derivative work supporting an established UK financial institution.

You will be embedded with a client team while retaining access to the resourcing team's internal support, know‑how and training. A sponsoring partner will provide oversight and points of contact during the assignment.

This is a hands‑on role for a proactive junior lawyer who can quickly add value on derivative documentation and policy matters within an international structures context.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 2 years PQE
Experience working in a derivatives team at a bank or financial institution
Familiarity with private equity/funds work and cross‑border structures (Luxembourg and French structures desirable)
German or French language skills highly desirable
Right to work in the UK required (no visa sponsorship available)
