Top-tier US finance team is seeking junior-level associates (Class of 2022–2023 or equivalent junior experience) to join its Chicago office. The role focuses on general debt finance matters and offers exposure to sophisticated commercial lending work.

Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, security agreements and related loan documentation, plus UCC matters and routine corporate support. The team provides structured mentoring and professional development to support early-career attorneys.

JD from an accredited law school; bar admission or progress toward admission required where applicable
Class of 2022–2023 or equivalent junior associate experience in debt finance/lending
Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, security agreements and UCC filings
Strong academic record and prior law firm experience; excellent drafting and communication skills
