Join a well-established Banking & Finance team in Brussels advising on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters. The group handles international structured finance, real-estate finance, project finance (energy and infrastructure), acquisition finance, securitisations, capital markets and regulatory topics including sustainable and digital finance.

The role offers exposure to cross-border mandates and collaboration with other practice groups across offices. You will work on varied client matters for national and international corporates and financial institutions in a modern, tech-enabled environment with hybrid working arrangements.

Master's degree in Belgian law with a strong academic record
1–4 years' transactional finance experience at a reputable Belgian law firm
Excellent oral and written Dutch or French; good passive knowledge of the other; excellent English
Proactive, results-driven team player with strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
