Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a junior or mid-level lawyer with Mandarin language skills to join its Brussels office. This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with a diverse, global team.

Advise clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on transactions involving Chinese-speaking counterparts.
Draft and review legal documents in both English and Chinese, ensuring accuracy and cultural nuance.
Support senior team members in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Conduct legal research and provide clear, actionable insights to support case strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent Mandarin proficiency (written and verbal), and a demonstrated interest in international business law. Prior experience in a top-tier firm or cross-border transactions is an advantage.

Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years of relevant experience (junior to mid-level).
Native or professional fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Strong drafting and communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive, commercial mindset.
