A well-established national law firm is seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join its Labor & Employment team in the Princeton office. The role involves advising clients on workplace counseling matters and defending employment-related litigation.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of large-firm experience, strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Experience with single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective actions and internal or regulatory investigations is highly desirable.

2–4 years of law firm experience in employment or litigation matters
Proven experience with employment counseling and single-plaintiff litigation
Experience with class/collective action litigation and investigations preferred
Excellent academic record and strong legal writing skills
