Junior Restructuring Associate — Paris

Opportunity to join a market-leading international restructuring team in Paris, working on complex cross-border and domestic insolvency, restructuring and distressed-debt matters for corporate and creditor clients.

The role sits in a small, specialist team and offers exposure to both consensual and formal restructuring processes, with international coordination and involvement in cases with strategic, financial and occasional litigious elements.

• Master 2 (or equivalent) in insolvency/ distressed business law
• Holder of the CRFPA (French bar exam)
• Excellent academic record
• Practical experience in tax matters within leading law firms (significant experience preferred)
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken
• Strong legal rigour, analytical curiosity and teamwork skills; comfortable in an international, high‑intensity environment
