Junior Tax Associate — Tax (Budapest)

Join a global law firm’s Budapest tax team as a Junior Tax Associate. You will contribute to Hungarian and international tax matters, supporting cross‑border transactions, tax structuring, VAT and corporate tax work while collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions.

The role offers structured on‑the‑job development, close supervision from senior lawyers, and exposure to complex advisory and transaction work. You will draft client‑facing materials, conduct research, and help manage deliverables to tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

• At least 2 years' post‑qualification/practical experience in tax (law firm, consultancy or in‑house)
• Hungarian law degree
• Comfortable working with written materials in English and Hungarian
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and sound legal reasoning
• Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines under pressure
