Apply in confidence →Seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to lead knowledge management and content for an employment practice across the EMEA region. You will work with the Practice Group Lead and business managers to design, develop and maintain precedents, guidance, training and current‑awareness materials that improve consistency and commercial quality of advice.
The role combines legal drafting and know‑how development with project delivery and stakeholder engagement: supervising drafting, responding to lawyer queries, building self‑help resources, and partnering with business development to produce client‑facing content. You will also promote adoption of knowledge systems and support implementation of legal‑technology and document automation tools.
This is a regional, largely remote/office‑based role on a part‑time (0.9 FTE) basis with occasional travel. The post reports to the EMEA Practice Group Lead with a dotted line to the regional business manager.
- Law degree and current licence to practise (or eligibility)
- Extensive experience as a practising lawyer in England & Wales with deep employment law expertise
- Strong drafting skills and experience developing precedents, guidance or training materials
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to engage at senior and junior levels
- Proven project and time‑management skills; comfortable working in a matrixed, multicultural environment
- Experience with or willingness to learn document automation, AI and other legal technologies
