Join a national intellectual property team as a Knowledge Lawyer supporting fee-earners across UK offices. The role is open to candidates based in either Birmingham or London and focuses on delivering legal research, training, and know-how to a market-leading IP practice.

You will produce and maintain precedent and know‑how materials, prepare external and internal thought‑leadership (articles, alerts, podcasts and presentations), lead training sessions, carry out horizon‑scanning and support business development initiatives.

The team is looking for an experienced IP practitioner (including current PSL/Knowledge Lawyers, solicitors or barristers exploring an alternative career path). The role requires a minimum of 6 years’ post‑qualification experience and offers hybrid working and supportive colleague development.

Minimum 6 PQE in intellectual property practice.
Strong IP background with experience of UK/EU case law and procedural rules.
Excellent research, drafting and presentation skills; comfortable delivering training to internal teams and clients.
Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a small team; digital literacy with research tools and content production.
