Experienced lawyer to join the EU & UK Intellectual Property practice as a Professional Support Lawyer. You will deliver technical IP know-how, current awareness, training and mentoring to fee-earners, support client-facing matters where required, and help shape the group s innovation and AI knowledge strategy.

The role combines subject-matter expertise (contentious and/or non-contentious IP), know-how development (forms, precedents, practice notes), and project work to embed KM and AI solutions across the practice. The post-holder will work closely with practice leaders and central Practice Solutions teams to drive training, thought leadership and business development initiatives.

The role is based in the London office with a hybrid pattern (typically four days in office Monday t the firm s standard hours). Reporting line is to the head of innovation/knowledge for the practice solutions function.

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property (contentious and/or non-contentious)
  • Proven expertise in drafting, legal research and creating know-how (forms, precedents, practice notes)
  • Experience designing and delivering training; comfortable mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
  • Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and project-management skills
  • Familiarity with KM systems, legal research tools and market trends in AI/innovation technologies
