Apply in confidence →We are seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to support a major Energy & Infrastructure practice across multiple U.S. offices. The role leads practice-group knowledge strategy, develops and curates precedents and know-how, and partners with Knowledge & Innovation, Applied Analytics and Practice Solutions to deliver KM services and legal-technology pilots.
The role has a strong focus on AI and legal-technology adoption: identifying AI use cases, supporting prompt design and implementation, delivering trainings, and providing hands-on assistance to attorneys. The position also creates visual reports and dashboards, captures matter and business intelligence, and helps prepare client-facing materials and pitches.
- J.D. or equivalent bar qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Energy & Infrastructure and related M&A or transactional work
- Practical knowledge of precedents, templates and matter management; experience with knowledge-management or experience databases
- Direct experience or strong interest in legal technology and AI applications; ability to translate attorney needs into technical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
