Join a busy San Diego labor and employment team as a staff attorney supporting employer-side matters and day‑to‑day counseling. The role focuses on litigation support, discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting with case management while also providing practical HR guidance to clients.

This position requires regular direct communication with Korean‑speaking clients, including translating and adapting employment policies and materials for compliance with U.S. and California law. The role is non‑partnership‑track and ideal for an attorney seeking high‑impact, collaborative work within a team environment.

  • Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • 2+ years' experience in labor & employment or general litigation (law firm experience preferred)
  • Experience with litigation support and discovery (drafting/responding to document requests, interrogatories, subpoenas)
  • Experience or strong interest in employment advice/counseling and drafting or updating employee handbooks and HR policies
  • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively across teams
  • Admission to the California Bar
