Apply in confidence →Seeking an alternative-track associate to join a national labor & employment team. The role focuses on agency practice work, supporting state and federal EEO matters and related investigations and mediations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting agency position statements, responding to administrative investigations, and assisting with case strategy. The role also supports practice development activities such as client alerts, pitches and white papers.
This is a non-partnership track position open to candidates who can be resident in any U.S. office and who are an active member of the bar in the state for which they apply.
- Law firm experience with a focus on employment law
- Experience with state and federal EEO agencies and drafting agency position statements
- Familiarity supporting investigations and mediations
- Strong written skills and experience contributing to marketing materials (alerts, pitches, white papers)
- Prior human-resources experience preferred but not required
- Active bar membership in the state of the selected office
